Westland Helicopters oli brittiläinen helikopterivalmistaja, joka perustettiin Westland Aircraftin yhdistyessä muiden brittiläisten helikopterivalmistajien kanssa vuonna 1961.[1] Yritys muutti nimeksi GKN Westland Helicopters vuonna 1995 ja yhdistyi Agustan kanssa AgustaWestland -yhtiöksi vuonna 2000.[2][3]
