Jean Frances Tatlock (21 Februari 1914 – 4 Januari 1944) adalah seorang dokter dan psikiater Amerika Serikat. Ia adalah anggota Partai Komunis Amerika Serikat dan menjadi reporter dan penulis untuk surat kabar partai, Western Worker. Ia juga dikenal karena hubungan asmaranya dengan J. Robert Oppenheimer, kepala Laboratorium Los Alamos Proyek Manhattan pada masa Perang Dunia II.

Tatlock merupakan putri dari John Strong Perry Tatlock, seorang filolog bahasa Inggris Kuno tersohor dan pakar Geoffrey Chaucer. Tatlock merupakan lulusan Vassar College dan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Stanford, tempat ia belajar menjadi psikiater. Ia pertama kali bertemu dengan Oppenheimer pada tahun 1936, ketika ia menjadi mahasiswi Stanford dan Oppenheimer mengajar fisika di Universitas California, Berkeley. Akibat hubungan mereka dan keanggotaannya di Partai Komunis, ia diawasi oleh FBI dan teleponnya disadap.

Tatlock menderita depresi klinis dan meninggal dunia akibat bunuh diri pada tanggal 4 Januari 1944.
