American Carnage Tour, Amerikan thrash metal grupları Slayer ve Megadeth'in headliner oldukları bir Kuzey Amerika konser turuydu.[1] Turun ilk ayağı 23 Temmuz - 4 Eylül 2010 tarihleri arasında gerçekleşti ve Testament tarafından desteklendi.[2] Turun ikinci ayağı 24 Eylül'den 21 Ekim 2010'a kadar sürdü ve Anthrax tarafından desteklendi.[3]

American Carnage Tour, 1990-1991'de düzenlenen Clash of the Titans turundan bu yana ilk kez Slayer, Megadeth, Testament ve Anthrax'ın birlikte çıktığı; Ancak Clash of the Titans'tan farklı olarak bu turda Suicidal Tendencies veya Alice in Chains yoktu. Megadeth, Slayer ve Testament kendi albümleri World Painted Blood, Endgame ve The Formation of The Damnation'ı desteklemek için turneye çıkmışlardı. Anthrax ise Joey Belladonna ile tekrar bir araya gelmiş ve ertesi yıl çıkaracakları onuncu stüdyo albümü Worship Music üzerinde çalışıyordu.
