Peter Lely (14 Eylül 1618-7 Aralık 1680), Hollanda asıllı İngiliz ressam.[1] Kariyerinin neredeyse tamamı İngiltere'de geçmişti ve burada sarayın baskın portre ressamı haline gelmişti. İngiliz vatandaşı oldu ve 1679'da şövalye unvanını aldı.
